If you decide to list with a Realtor, there are some things to think about before you sign an agreement. Do you want full service or limited service? What are the brokerage fees (commissions)? They are not carved in stone. Be sure you know about my "5/4 Advantage" fee plan before you sign. Let's make sure your home has "curb appeal" and is inviting to buyers.
