I can show you a foreclosed property if you are pre-approved for a mortgage loan in an amount sufficient to purchase the property for the current asking price. Call a mortgage loan person and get pre-approved. Get a letter of pre-approval. This will put you on a same-as-cash basis with a seller, and usually will increase the chance of your offer being accepted.
